Can I submit papers by giving IELTS registration copy only?

Dear Seniors,

I have received acceptance letter where they ask for IELTS score certificate with other docs.
Can I submit my docs with IELTS registration copy? Because I will sit for IELTS exam by 20th February.
Or should I submit all papers after getting IELTS score? But dead line of paper submission on 24th January 2010.

Please advice.

All papers need to submitted with in 120 days after CIC asks you to submit the documents. The documents without the results may not be helpful.
