Can I submit my PR application from Ontario with British Columbia specified Work Permit? Please suggest...

HI All
I need suggestions on my Permanent Residency application submission?

On 18th March, 2021 - I received an ITA under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) with 2years Canada experience, CRS-474.
Till 25th March, 2021 - I was working on Ontario(Oakville) specific work-permit from JAN, 2019.
On 26th March, 2021 - I received new work-permit with the employment location British Columbia(Burnaby). In CONDITION section, they mentioned "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN STATED"

Due to PCC and other required documents, I have not moved to British Columbia(Burnaby) till now.
In my opinion, I should not work from Ontario as per the CONDITION mentioned in the work-permit.

Due to the present situation, I am still working from Ontario with British Columbia/Location specific work-permit. And I am thinking of not moving to British Columbia until COVID effect gets down.

Now I am ready with all required documents to upload for PR.

Are you asking if you can apply for PR while also demonstrating, through documentation, that you are not abiding by the terms of your status in Canada? And that you intend to continue to not abide by the terms?

I am not intend to continue to not abide by the terms. I will move to BC and work from there. But I am thinking about the current pandemic situation to move to new location.

Thanks for the reply, I do not want to take risk. I just want to be in safe while applying PR and on my working location by clarify doubts.

I would not apply in your current situation, until you move to BC.
