can i submit my college application without ielts score?

will they simply reject my application seeing that the rest of my marks are low?

it wont be a problem if your college or uni have exempted it.

no they require kelts scores, what i mean is can I submit it late since my ielts test will be in february?

yeah u can but varies from college to college.. providing u explain them u r going to take ielts soon, They will give u conditional letter of acceptance.. upon receiving ur ielts result , forward it to ur college and they will send u unconditional letter of acceptance.
