Im not sure if my Canadian work experience is valid,
It's worth 5 points (my wife the main candidate)
I dont want to risk the application, because if its not valid the application will be cancel.
So i have on application with 469 points without my Canadian work experience and the second one with Canadian work experience and 474 points.

its complicated,
its look like its valid but i dont want to take any chances.
in order to earn the points :
"You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.

If you do not show that your experience meets the description in the NOC, we will not accept your application".

I afraid that my boss will not give me a details letter like the cic wants.

Well you can provide T4 and payslips, as well as the original job application etc. What's the NOC code?

And you did it in Canada for a year?

Well the usual applies - either you get the perfect letter or you get what you can and back it up with T4, NOA's, pay slips and whatever you can.

Just try and get the letter if you can, but otherwise get as much info as possible. That's all anyone can do. Maybe ask any HR to do it etc...
