Can I Study Wile On A Temp Work Perm?

I have been here in Canada for about 3-4 months now on a TWP and a TRV. There is a college near my apt and I would really like to take some clases p/t. I know I cant study unless I get a work permit so here are my questions/concerns:
+ Will studying affect my chances when applying for AINP?
+ Do I need to apply for a Study Permit the same way as the rest or is it diff when you are already in canada?
Any advise would be helpful.

If you want to take a course or program that is more than six months, then you need a study permit. You can't hold a temporary work permit and study permit at the same time. So you'll have to decide if you want to work or study.
