I received a decision notification early this year that I do not meet the requirement for immigration to canada due to my inability to provide my BSC and MBA transcripts within the 120days. That was because universities in Nigeria were on nationwide strike from jun2009 to Dec 2009. But in order to make the submission of my appln and documents within the 120 days, I included an undertaking explaining the unpleasant/unavoidable situation and a promise to forward the remaining docs once the strike action is called off.
Now that have all the documents ready, do I have any chance of appeal or must I start afresh? Pls help, I do not want to lose my appln fees and other costs incured in the process so far.

Sorry, it will be a new application, if you are still eligible given the June 26 rule changes.
