hello guys ,
i was wondering if i can still apply for the FSW 2014 , but i need to do my bachelors degree first with ECA
and also attend an IELTS Exam can i still make it before Jan 2015
i'm willing to apply for the NOC 1113 , Securities agents, investment dealers and brokers
i would really appreciate your help

Yes you can. That NOC looks pretty safe as of now as the count = 0.

I am sure the CAP for that NOC will not fill this year.
