I'm an European with a tourist status in Canada. My plan before arrive to Canada, was to spent 6 months as a tourist. But I got a ticket airplane with flight connection in the USA. When i went to the airport, the american company didn't let me go! The reason was because I had a flight connection in USA and I'm under the visa waiver program. The visa waiver allow me to stay in USA for 90 days and I need it if I have a flight connection. But the most unbelievable thing is that while I'm in Canada this visa is still taking into consideration and therefore, after these 90 days in Canada I'm not allow to be in USA and therefore I should leave the country before 90 days. My plan was to cancel the ticket and to buy a flight ticket with a flight connection in Europe. But I call to the American embassy and they told me that I can't to this because now seems that I'm in EEUU! Someone have information about this matter? I will prefer to be six months in Canada. There are any solutions? There is someone who can I talk? I could do something with my visa waiver? Thanks.
