Can I start my sister PNP and Spouse file together.

Hello,

I am saskatchewan PR holder, and now I will going to give relative point to my sister and at the same time going to put both PNP and my wife spouse (Dependent file) together.

So, Is there any changes to cancel any of the file. or Should both file can run simultaneously.

Its very important for me to correct answer.
