Can I start my Express Entry profile and add my WES credentials later?

Hi all,

I've already done my language test and received the results, can I at least start my online profile while I wait for the academic records to reach WES? Or is it a prerequisite to have both the educational assessment and language test from the start?

Upfront wes is required as you will be prompted to enter the certificate number. Wait for it to arrive.

Just so I have the steps correct:

1) Make an order through the WES website, pay the fee and get a reference number
2) Send an Academic Requests Form to each institution, quoting the reference number given above
3) Wait for the institutions to send the transcript to WES directly
4) WES will send me the assessment directly, and then I can start the Express Entry application.
