Hello,
I am considering applying for work in Canada as a US Citizen and I am pretty sure I can obtain an offer, due to many openings in the field I work in.
My biggest issue is my spouse. We have been married for 4 years and live in the US. He has a record of:
-Being removed at US/Mexico border for illegal entry
-Currently living undocumented in the US for 10+ years
-A recent wet reckless conviction from December 2014 that he is currently on probation for, having just finished up his alcohol awareness class and community service.
If I obtain a job offer for myself, will my spouse be able to also come to Canada with me, or will he be denied due to either of the above or both? Is there any way to apply for a waiver or TRP for him?
Thank you.
