Can i Sponsor my husband who was deported from USA

I recently migrated to Canada from Trinidad. I want to know if i can file for my husband who was deported from the US for drug trafficking charges. Will the deportation make him inadmissible?

Look at the CIC site under "Criminal Inadmissability". It will tell you if he is disqualified or not and for how long.

I would say consult a lawyer and find out.

Drug trafficking is a serious offense. Sounds like he would be found to be criminally inadmissible but you may want to check with a lawyer.
