Can I somehow refer back to my Personal History section?

Hi everyone,

I feel this question must have been asked before but a quick search in the forum did not yield any results so here goes...

I have submitted by PR application and received a request to fill out the Schedule A form for my wife. We wanted to ensure all the dates and addresses in the Personal History section match exactly with the ones we entered in the original forms which we filled after getting the ITA. However, I am unable to access the forms in my CIC account.

If I go to my PR application tab, I can just see the documents submitted but not the forms which we filled out. IS there anyway I can gain access to those forms?

Unfortunatly no ???, exept if you screened shot the personal history page.
At one point I also wanted to go back to some of my application questions and answers but I couldn't do it.

Thanks for replying. I am now worried if it will be an issue in case of a date mismatch

There is a way to get it.

Unfortunately, after you submit your profile, ONCE you get a request for additional documents, pressing on view submitted application takes you to the document page.

If it is really important for you to view the submitted application, I can tell you how to do so.

hey sorry for butting in your question. i'm a cec inland applicant too and I'm wondering what the schedule A form is for?
my husband is accompanying me in my application and I'm wondering if he will eventually be asked to fill out the schedule A form.
like you, i also worry if the dates will mismatch on the personal history

butters: Sched. A is usually requested if you have any gab or ambiguity in your personal history, or if you answered yes to any statutory question.

Take screenshots of your eAPR before you submit it, if you anticipate that you will be asked for it.

So if, for instance, I say 'yes' to being refused a visa (USA border flagpole) I will be completing a Sched A? I assume this is automatically requested and not something we have to remember to add.

Post submission, you will not be able to see the forms/information that you submitted. In fact, it is recommended to keep screenshots of each section before eAPR submission, so that it would be useful in such situations.

Stanlee, I think you should be able to see the forms after you submit them (similar to express entry profile.) however, I believe there is a bug that doesn't allow you to view them - and that is if you are requested to upload something after you submit your eAPR. This was certainly true in my case.

Anyway, long story, I tried getting help from CIC's IT support team, but they ignored me. I didn't give up - I researched it from a technical point of view (my background is in IT) and managed to get access to it

My wife has a long history since she moved a lot of places while working in India. I will be really glad if you can help me access the forms so that I can cross-verify all the dates she submitted the first time

msf02 is right. I am asked to submit the Schedule A because my wife was refused a Visitor Visa and we indicated the same in our EE form.

No, it is not a bug in the system, at least as far as I know, that is how they have designed the system. Post submission of eAPR, if you click 'View Submitted Application' it will take you to the page which shows preview of documents submitted.

Valid argument, but CIC has not built such validations in their system. So, the trend has been that, later they request Schedule A from such applicants. So, if the applicant has answered 'Yes' to any Statutory Questions, it is suggested to submit Schedule A also as part of eAPR, or at least keep one ready for later submission.
