Can i mail it the day i sign even when that day is not end yet?
Also, many people here suggested use canada post's xpresspost but mail to courier address ,is that alright?

Hello

I do not know if you should sign previous day or same day of mailing. However, I did Canada Post Xpresspost to the courier address and my package was received by CIC as per tracking from Canada post. So I do not see an issue why you cant issue Xpresspost.

Yes, you can sign it and mail it on the same day.

You must sign with the correct date. That's all.

Yes you can as long as you meet the 1096 days requirement on the day before. You need to have at least 1097 days on the day you sign the forms

No you can sign on day 1096 and send the same day. Why wait 2 more days after becoming eligible? it's not a requirement as far as I know.

My bad I presumed that the minimum requirement needed was 1096 days when in fact its 1095. So yes based on that you can sign on 1096th day. I was coming from the Note on the quide for Question 10 Note which states Note: You must be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship the day before you
sign the application form.
