Can I show my sister who has Lupus to be dependant on my parents

I am filing my papers for my sponsoring my parents. My sister who is 32 years old, does not work and is dependent on my parents. She has had lupus (SLE) since she was 18 years of age. She is stable now. She worked previously but has not gone back to work for past 10 years. As she is in and out of hospital every year.
