Can I show Mutual Funds for Proof of Funds?

I have mutual funds investment , which can be liquidated , within a day. Can I add this in proof of funds?

No, Even if it can be liquidated in a day.
There are few cases recently got rejected because MF was shown as POF

Better to liquidate and make an FD out of it and then show that as POF.
