Dear All

PLease guide me on this.

3years 2months on first job and 9 months on second job

Total exp-3 years11 months

Can we show 3 year 11months experience as 4 years, when filling up forms.

Cheers

I don't think so. But is it possible that you had vacation time that should be counted in that period? Or do your start/finish dates not work for that?

The answer is simply no. You need to check if you have any part time, paid job for at least 37.5 hrs a week, so you claim the needed month.

Good luck

Have you calculated the exact number of hours you worked? If it is greater than 1,950 x 4 would creativeuk be able to count the full four years?? Mezo???? Everyone is entitled to have vacation time and no one works 52 weeks in a year. My thought process was - wait for it - if the full hours were worked in each year, the 12th month would be vacation time. WITH A COVER LETTER OF EXPLANATION, of course! Yes? No?

Nice provocative articulation of the issue Pippin :). I'm afraid that even his 3 yrs and 2 months employment does actually include the vacations. At least, this is what companies do in middle east, once you work for a year in a company, it implicitly means 11 months plus one month paid leave (more or less). I'm not sure that he can get that month on that ground.

Good luck,

Sorry, CreativeUK, I did my best for you, but I think the masterful Mezo has given you the sad truth.
