Can I select "Two or more degrees" as I have completed IIM Bangalore EEP- BAI?

I have completed: Part-Time (12 Months) Executive Education Program in Business Analytics and Intelligence at IIM B after my bachelors.

Is this considered post-graduate certificate by WES? Can I select in IRCC Express entry form for Education level - "Two or more degrees, diplomas or certificates" option?

If you will get a positive ECA, then you can claim. It all depends on ECA report.

If it was from a University, it should be UGC accredited and if it was from an institute then it should be from AICTE approved institution.

What is a positive ECA?
If my executive program is listed as "Canadian Equivalency: Completion of an executive management program offered by a
graduate school of business", will I get additional points over my bachelors?
