Can i Reapply?

Dear sirs /Madam
i have applied in the federal workeks skilled class from Nepal under old system on the date Feb 2007, it been more than 3 years and don't know how much i have to wait( waiting time 65 Months).only i got file no unto now.i have got the letter from high commission stating that i will not get refund.

I would like to reapply under fast track again .
what will happen of earlier case.
i will meet the criteria of application

If ur nOC code is in 38 occupations list. It is better to reapply, in ur application mention about ur earlier case-Fle No./ date os application, status what ur e-case shows.

Within 2-3 months u will get request for submission of full application.

I still do not understand, if ur earlier case doesn't reflect in-process, on withdrawing it u should get refund.
still i would recommend u to reapply as early as possible rather than wating desperately. After sending ur full appplication in new case, u can ask them to return ur earlier application fee.

I have applied before 3 years in the NOC 4131 ie College Lecturer,e-client status shows IN PROCESS
they have sent me the letter stating that i will not get refund now. it been more than 3 years how long to wait should i Reapply in fast track or wait for the old process.

Generally speaking, with your timeline [2007] it'll take another 1yr to complete the process. Off course, it varies a bit with CHC to CHC. But, should be done with in around a yr.

If u reapply, it is again going to take [generally] about 1yr. So, u'd not gain much.

However, if the funds is not a concern, plz feel free to reapply under the 'new system'. Both apps can go side-by-side. And whichever materializes earlier, go ahead with that... & Withdraw the other apps later.
