Hey. I got a work visa that expires in march 2016. Is it possible for me to leave and then re enter? Even though it says "This does not autorise re entry? If not, when will i be able to return?

Please help, I can't find a real answer on the immigration/work visa pages.

All answers are apreciated! Thank you :-*

Not enough information.

Do you have a visa exempt or non-visa exempt passport? If non-visa exempt - do you have a valid TRV?

Then you can always enter. Not Authorize reentry basically is the standard and it means CBSA is not legally bound to let you enter as they are in case of say a permanent resident unless their is a criminal other exceptionally severe issue.

In practice this only means that they would let you in if they see everything appropriate. If your work permit is near expiry, they might ask you about your plans and you should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of that i.e. until when can you work in Canada or do you have plans or have already submitted an extension application.
