I was offered admission into MBA program at a private university in Vancouver.. I had to accept this offer and paid 1st year tuition fee. My visa application was rejected in 2022. I reapplied for the visa in July 2023. It took me one year to realise what I really wanted in my life.
1. MBA is not what I want.
2. I believe thousands of dollars for MBA at a private university is clearly not worth it.
3. I could change the college and course after going to Canada, but still I need to waste money for 1st semester. But I think Canada doesn't offer me better opportunities compared to my country.
4. Somehow I am not confident of moving to Canada.
My study permit application status is
Eligibility : Completed
Medical : Requested
Background Check : In progress
Since the eligibility is completed and medical is requested, I think the visa is gonna be approved once I take the medical exam and passed in it if I am not wrong.
Can I raise a webform to request them to reject my visa so that I could ask for a refund from the college? Or should I just don't go to medical exam and let them reject my application? If they do this and mention the same reason in the rejection letter; all I could then do is defer my admission and then reapply again with a bad covering latter and insufficient funds and documents.
Kindly suggest what could be the best possible way to get my application be rejected so that I could ask refund from college.
