Can I quit my job?

I have applied for my permanent residence through express entry in August 28 2017. I got my medical already.

I live in Toronto and am currently working at this place for about 1 and a half years, I am still employed at this place. I want to quit my job, will this cause any problem for the PR process.

No, it won’t if you were working outside Canada. Since you are working inside Canada and I don’t think you would have submitted Proof of Fund, then it might be an issue.
