CAN I QUIT MY JOB AFTER PR APPLICATION UNDER EE

Hi Guys,
I worked in canada for more than 1 year and applied EE. I was invited 1 month ago and just submitted my PR application. (no LMIA, no PNP )
Can I be unemployed now or do I must stay working in the same company?

If you're on an open work permit you can quit.

I had the same situation. You can quit for sure. I received ITA under CEC (No PNP or LMIA). I also received SINP independent of EE. I kept my old job because I didn't want to update EE and get papers and letters from both employers and wanted to keep SINP. I wanted to do that if pay was really high but the difference was $2 hourly.
