Can I put an Address in Quebec for my PR Card?

I got my PPR last month, and the visa on my passport states that I have to travel before December, Problem is, I'm not ready to settle in Canada yet. I have few things to finish in here first, then I want to travel next April.

I have a family relative living in Quebec. My question is, can I land in Toronto, and put the delivery address for my PR card in Quebec, then travel back to my home country. That way my relative will receive the card and will mail it back to my home country?

Anyone have any idea if that's possible?

No, never did, but I'm hoping someone will answer it soon

You can only a Quebec address if you are immigrating through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Otherwise you need to provide an address outside of Quebec or risk having your landing refused.
