Can I put all for Question 10 things on the Checklist - to the ProofofRelEnvelop

I putting all together and yes it came up another question ... SORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY :(

Can I put all what is in Question 10 Proof of Relationship to Sponsor (like proof we are partners,letters, bills, ... Photos, flighttickets, cards, and ...) in the 3. Envelop: Proof of Relationship

or do they want that in that Applicant Envelop?
also the notarized letters from family - I would put them maybe in the Applicant letter because it is notarized and more a official document? or should I put it with in the 3 Envelop Proof of Relationship?

Historical Evidence - DO I have to write a letter again or does not all the documents show that we are more than 3 years together?
