Hello, I'm Harsh. I have a question it will be grateful if you can answer it. I want to complete my Engineering(UG) from Canada and My parents can only pay for one year of my all the living expenses + College fees. So, Can I pay for my next 3 years of living expenses and college fees by myself?

Not with only a part-time job and full-time job in the summer months. You will be making minimum wage so it will cover living expenses but not tuition. When applying for a study permit, officers want to see that you can afford your studies.
