The report that you have received from WES can be opened by you. Otherwise, how are you going to upload a scanned copy as part of your PR application?

hello Mr. Stanlee, I dint upload the scan copy of WES report they sent me, instead i scanned and uploaded the hard copy the posted to my address.

Is it fine.

I have completed Msc but I haven't my degree certificate .i got 7 band in ielts...i want to create express entry profile...i know Wes is compulsory for that....is it possible that I send only my b. Sc certificate for Wes....after getting my Msc degree I will send my Msc mark sheet and degree certificate for Wes with different reference number ????
