So your study permit has been approved by only paying $1k deposit. At POE, you show your letter, proof of registration, and bank statements. Whatever they ask for.

You cannot change DLIs on your study permit unless you have studied there for at least one semester. So you either get a new study permit or attend the school on your permit for one semester and then change schools.

Assume you have the study permit approved.

Not only would you need a new study permit if you had not attended the first semester of the initial school you likely will need a new attestation letter. There are many issues with your plan. You will not be able to get accepted while only paying 1k in tuition.
