I received an ITA and now working on getting all the documents and forms together but i am very confused about this. I have mentioned my US citizen wife and stepson as non accompanying dependents but i have not legally adopted my wife's son. Also on his birth certificate the father's name is unknown (left blank).
Please kindly advice what should i put him as on my application or if can even do that?
