Hello,
I am currently facing a reinstatement order of deportation in US. My mother brought me in 2002 when I was a minor because I was sexually abused by my uncle in my native country from this abuse I have a daughter that lives in my country. Immigration officers caught me coming with someone else’s visa and sent me back to my country and because of the danger I was facing my mother tried again three weeks later using another lady’s passport (before you start judging me I know it was wrong but It wasn’t my choice and all my mother wanted is to save my life all my family had to move due to threatening that were made against us) anyway I tried to adjust my status and an immigration judge accepted/granted my green card but due to no visas available he placed my on hold for 2 yrs to only find out DHS had my finger prints from my first entry and they wanted to reinstate my deportation (now after living almost 18 yrs they want to send me back) I can not go back there I have two kids 14 yr old boy and 8yr old girl both US citizens, my husband is a LPR y can’t put my kids at risk by going back o my country and I don’t want to leave them behind! I am trying to move to Canada permanently and find a job there I just want to be Would this situation make me inadmisible? I have no bad record here in US my credit is excellent... help me please thank you in advance

I don't think it's realistic to think you can come to Canada on a work permit. First of all, to come on a work permit, you need a job offer and approved LMIA from the employer. The LMIA process is long and expensive for employers - it's generally next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the process. Even if you were able to secure a job offer and approved LMIA, the chances of the work permit being refused are very high due to your situation in the US.

If you want to move to Canada, your focus should be on applying to immigrate and become a permanent resident. Provided you are 100% honest about your immigration history in your application (and provided you meet the requirements to apply for course), your history in the US won't be an issue.

Thank you for replying I’m so devastated with this news, can’t sleep, I have no idea what to do but for sure I don’t want to go back to my country! My friends from work want to help trying to get me a job offer but is not sure yet. When you say “try to immigrate and become a PR” is that posible by going to the border and asking for a refugee claim? If not, how can I do that? Thank you for your help I’m really searching for options to stay together with my family even if I have to move somewhere but I want to do it right! Is my decision now I never wanted to brake the law here and I know I did it by staying but after I came here all I did was study graduate from HS went to college and I work so hard to give my kids a better life only God knows why I’m going through this.

Your situation isn't ground for refugee status. Definitely don't go that route or you'll certainly find yourself back in your home country quickly. You don't meet the requirements to be considered as a refugee.

When I say immigrate and become a PR, I mean apply for permanent residency through one of Canada's economic immigration program. You would do this from the US - not at the border. The process takes a number of months to over a year to complete (assuming you qualify and are selected). I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program where those with the highest number of points based on education, age, work experience, funds to settle in Canada and other factors are selected. You'll want to calculate how many points you have to determine your chances of being selected. You want to have 440+ points to have a decent chance of being picked. Details below:

Each of the provinces also has a economic immigration program. You'll need to research each to understand the requirements to apply:

Again, a job offer isn't enough to allow you to move to Canada. While your friends at work mean well, I suspect they don't understand the requirements around work permits.
