Hello folks,

I just have a very awkward scenario. Here is,

1. I am currently qualified to apply for the PNP provincial nominee program.
2. I have just received a PhD study offer from another province in next May, so if possible I wish to start my PhD study at that time.
3. I can apply for the PNP right away and it will be approved with in 6 months, so I can get my PNP approval and submit my case to CIC federal before May next year.

My question is, can I leave the province where I get my PNP and go ahead to study while waiting for the decision from CIC? In this case, is there any problem with my application.

Thank you for your helps,

Which province are you currently in and which province did you get your offer?
Normally you should apply for PNP in the province you want to work, and live in. Once you receive your PR you can move freely.

I just received my Open work permit extension, and one of the conditions at the bottom states I can only work in the nominated province.
