Can I leave Canada even if I have not received my PGWP yet?

Hello everyone,

As my title indicates, I have found myself in a situation where I must have to visit my home country.

I am also aware that I should avoid this but I am poisoned to make this travel.

And with this, I think I have to spend 5-6 months in home country as well.

My question is since PGWP in process and TRV(which was issued on the basis of Study permit) is also expired, How I will be able to come back again?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

if you leave, you will need another approved TRV to re-enter Canada. You cannot apply for one now if you are on maintained status so can only do it outside Canada. You take a chance because it could be refused.
