Can I land without family first?

Hi,
We need to land before june 2018.
Is it possible tht I (main applicant) land before just to look for an apartment, school etc.. and thn I go back and bring my family?
We do this before june 2018.

As PMM said no problem with your plan but keep in mind a PR card which you would need to fly back to Canada will take a couple months to process so you will need a PRTD when you come back with your family by June 2018.

I plan to stay thr for a week. How long it takes to get PR card? Can i give my home address to deliver?

PR card will take around two months to arrive. CIC will only mail the card to a Canadian address.
 
Takes about 2 months and they send it to Canadian address only. 1 week may not be enough to secure permanent rental accommodation in Toronto (depending on your situation - and if you have a job letter and/or credit history). You may want to inquire about purchasing/renting a post office box (PO BOX at Canada Post) as I think you can receive it there. Don't quote me on that - you will need to double check with authority on that.
