Can I immigrate to Canada ONLY with work experience?

Hi Guys, I have a burning question in my head please help me out. I want to know whether is it possible to immigrate to Canada without a degree, but 10+ years of experience. I am an IT Professional and Currently working as a IT Manager. Please help me out.

Generally it would be extremely difficult to do this since you will struggle to get enough points to be selected.
