Can I go visit my husband while PR process is going on?

Hello, my question is if I can go to visit my husband in Canada while the Permanent Residence process is going on. Happens that for my country the processing times are too long and my husband is working right now and can't leave to see me. Can I go and apply for a visitor's visa?

It would probably depend on the country you are in. There are many countries that Canada would not be likely to allow a visitor's visa as they are considered to be a potential flight risk, and since your spouse is already here that may make it even more likely, in their opinion, for you to not return. If a visa is granted, there has to be proof a return trip will be made back to you country, and I have also heard of the traveller being asked for a sizable refundable deposit to ensure they would return afterwards.
It would be best for your husband to contact immigration here to find out what your situation would be and if it can be done.

You have to apply for a TRV (visitor visa) and is highly unlikely with a spousal sponsorship in progress that one will be issued.
