CAN i go to CHC in person?any idea.......its painful

Hi to every one.anyone has idea that how can i go chc in person.I want my passport .Its really urgent.I emailed them on 26th May and got rep[lied as: ur application has been finalised and docs would return to u in coming days.Now,10 days passed but they r still in passive mode and i need to apply for norway within next week.Any suggestion.............Pls share

Email them again with and tell them this thing again.. and fax them on Monday or tuesday and write very very urgent in subject or above ur email/letter...
