Can i get the admission in Canadian college and visa having 2 backlogs in BTech

hi i completed my b.tech in the year 2012 i have 2 backlogs in my graduation which i did not write the exams till now,but according to our university rules we can have two subjects as optional and i have received my graduation certificate from the university .can i get admission in the Canadian Colleges.

B.Tech(CSE) - 65%
2+ years of experience in IT

It would be very helpful for me if you kindly give me some information on this.
