hope can find someone who advice me what im gonna do.
I am Yurie ladyboy from cebu philippines. 1 year ago my boyfriend moved philippines to spend his life with me but after 11 months of living together we had problem about his work and he decided to go back canada and after a while he realized that we can have better life there. it's 4 months ago since he leaved philippines and i was very sad and frustrated coz i cant even go with him coz i was dinied when visitor visa first time applied.
i am interested to know about inland and outland?
my boyfriend he already applied sponsorship as conjugal partner and our application was submitted to CIC. my boyfriend he hired immigrant consultant and she is the one who did everything but i didnt know if inland or outland our application.

do you think i have chances to get temporary residency permit while waiting my PR process?
and please advice me what im gonna do regarding my application letters that CIC will believe me.
i have no work in phillippines and i i tried to met CIC consultant here in cebu and she said that i will be refuse again coz i no asset here in phillipines to prove to CIC that i will return my country. i would like to visit my boyfriend to spend time with him coz i was missing him so much all the time. please advice whats the good thing to me to do.
thank you so much and have a nice day

best regards
Yurie

You would be applying for a TRV (temporary resident visa) - not a TRP (temporary resident permit).

Your chances of being approved for a TRV are extremely low. To be approved, you would need to provide evidence that show you have strong ties to the Philippines - things like: proof of employment, proof of business ownership, proof of property ownership / rental, proof of other assets owned. Even if you can provide evidence, chances are that your visa is going to be refused since you are in a relationship with a Canadian and CIC will most likely suspect you have plans to remain in Canada long term.

If you don't have a job - I'm not sure I would waste money applying. Without a job - I think refusal is guaranteed. If you are able to get a job and work in that job for several months, you could try applying then.

thanks scylla for the messages.

yes it was temporary resident visa. why do i need to have an asset if my purpose is to visit my boyfriend to spend time with him while waiting my PR approve. do you think i have chances to granted temporary resindent visa when i will start to apply when sponsorship approve? my boyfriend would plan to write a letter and he will write there that he will be the one to assume all the expenses.

here in philippines its very diffucult to find work specially if you are ladyboy because of sex discrimanation. i bougth property in my province 2 months ago but not transfer yet under my name and this is the only thing i can prove to CIC that i will come back philippines. if my purpose to visit my boyfriend spending time with him while waiting my PR approve, why i need to have asset to prove CIC that i will return philippines when my TRV visa expires. if i can able to extend when i will be there.

best regards
Yurie

To be approved, you need to prove that you have strong ties to your home country and plan to return there at the end of your visit. Things such as assets, job, property ownership show ties to your home country.

A TRV is not meant to be used as a way of moving to Canada before PR is approved. A TRV is meant to be used to come to Canada as a tourist and leave. You can only move to Canada once you are approved for PR.

If it's clear in the application that you plan to use the TRV to move to Canada before your PR is approved and then stay here - then you should certainly expect it's going to be refused.
