I had completed my 12th with medical stream in 2019 and till now I got 3 refusals on study visa and the visa officer gave same reason that I am not leaving Canada at the end.
Now I want to know if I continued my further study while living in india and after that I applied for spouse visa. Will I get Visa or not?

What is a spouse visa? Since posting under Family Sponsorship then your spouse living in Canada and PR or citizen, so yes your spouse can sponsor your for PR.

An individual with a number of previous refusals will likely get a lot of extra scrutiny to ensure the marriage is genuine. In this case, if it was (for example) an arranged marriage, would have the couple spend a LOT of time together physically and make sure the file has more than the usual proofs provided. If arranged marriage, not much contact before and submitted right after marriage, a refusal wouldn't be rare.
