can i get PCC from Montreal but intended to move to Ontario

Hi All,
I am an Indian citizen and on a closed work permit, working in Montreal. I received ITA under CEC on 18th Jan 2023. I would like to move to Ontario and want to show a letter of intent while submitting the documents. I can get reference letters from my current company with the new address (once i moved to Ontario in a few weeks).
My doubt is that, if i get a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from BLS site inside Montreal with my local Montreal address, would that be a problem?
Please help...

I am not sure how BLS works I got my PCC from Indian embassy in San Francisco when i was staying in US. They mailed me the PCC to my residential address.
If BLS allows Pick up of PCC you could driver from ottawa to montreal but if they don't allow for Pickup, Check for canada post
