Hi all,

I'm from India and I received ITA recently. But I have insufficient funds. As work around I found that I need to have a job offer from a company in Canada. Can anyone help me the in this process of getting a valid job offer from a company in Canada. I'm a software developer and have an experience of 6+ years in Web Application development.

I would require you guys expertise in handling this situation.

Highly unlikely you'll get a job based on ITA.

To count as a job offer, the employer doesn't just have to give you the job offer - but must also obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA process typically takes 4-6 to complete.

If you don't have sufficient funds - you should decline the ITA and reapply once you have enough money.

Thank you for the information. "The LMIA process typically takes 4-6 to complete" - Can you please explain more about this.

I have already rejected my ITA once, is there a limit on how many times I can reject an ITA. Please let me know.

To get an approved LMIA, your employer first has to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. Next, the employer has to submit the LMIA application for processing. Processing typically takes 2-4 months these days with no guarantee of approval. Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
