i JUST SUBMITTED MY FULL DOCUMENTS TO BUFFALO. I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED BANK STATEMENT AND BANK CERTIFICATE. I WAS WONDERING DO THEY REALLY INQUIRE WITH THE BANK OR JUST RELY ON THE LETTER ITSELF???

Mostly the Visa Officer does verify them but its based on their own discretion.

why r u asking this question?

I wud not abruptly withdraw funds down the line from now, lowering down the amount that I have presented to them. that wud create confision and the officer wud be in doubt, in case they directly check with the bank(s).
