Can I get another CAQ if my received CAQ got expired ?

I am planning not to go for the intake Sep 2021 which I received the CAQ.
My question is Can I apply and get another CAQ if my received CAQ got expired due not attending to the intake?

I have a kinda similar question,is my CAQ for Fall 2021 intake expiring in 2023 valid for Fall 2021 intake for same college,course??
