Can I get admission without IELTS in Canada???

I want to know if I can get admission without IELTS in any institute in Canada in subject of Social Sciences.

Please help and guide if there is any such opportunity there.

hello,
i dont think so there is any university which is asking international students to apply widout showing the IELTS scores.its better not to take chance.
