Can I get admission in Master of Civil Engineering from any University?

I have done B.Tech in Civil Engg. with 5.98 CGPA (NIT Nagpur) with 3 years of work experience.

I heard that atleast 70% or 7.00 CGPA required in bachelor to get admission in Masters, is that true?

Please help as I have very little knowledge about Canada and their study system.

different universitites have diffrnt reqrmnts..
70% for best
65% for intermediate
60% for other universities.

it depend on the Universities. Good Universities do not accept bellow 70%.
