Can I get a student visa if I apply for a diploma with the fact that i have already completed my bachelors degree in India??

In another post, you said you had 12th standard with a 6-year gap. Now you have a degree. To get a study permit, you need to show education progression (post-grad in a related field) and career progression (build on your current job with advancement and higher pay to justify costs). Diploma in another field unless post grad is not a good idea as you cannot show career/education advancment.
