Can I get a sin number with the visit VISA?

I am a international student from the east.
Cause time isn't enough to apply a student VISA and my program just take 4 month(FULL 2018,But one session just 4 month).I came to canada with visit VISA.
Can I get a sin number without student VISA?
If I can't,How can I get the same insurance as other international student?

How long is the actual full program you got acceptance to?
You cant get a SIN as a visitor, International students generally get private health insurance from their schools (It is included in the fees.)

No - you cannot get a SIN and you cannot work. You also do not qualify for health insurance.

In order to be able to get a SIN and work, you must hold a study permit.

If you are studying on a visitor visa, you do not qualify to work or receive insurance/health benefits.
