Can i get a new ITA again ?

Hi, i l already got an ita once for last month, but i was too busy and i tried to conviced manager and head office, so i didnt finish applications and thats expired. But, headoffice sign it and all papers are ready also i re registerd bc pnp for today. So can i get a new ita again in this month? I little bit worry, cuz i got an ita once already and didn’t finish it.
 
If your points are enough for the next draw, then yes you will get ITA
