Can I get a copy of the applications

I really want to get a look at exactly what is on the apps.
Can I just print them out and use them as practice?
What is the protocol on this?

Yes, go ahead. They don't pay any attention to how many times someone has printed them, or who has printed them. I've printed everything three times - one practice/rough draft, one the real one, and one as a copy.
