Can I get 3 years Work Permit?

I have accepted by HUMBER college in computer and network support technician diploma.It is a 4-semester course I have some query regarding PGWP. I would like to know :
After completion of this diploma can I get 3 years PGWP(Post-Graduate Work Permit) because I don’t know whether it will consider 2 years program or 16-months program. Please, Can you also tell me when my semesters end and how many days or months I will get as a term break ?

for your last question re end time and days months as term break surely this is a question for the college as not sure how anyone of this forum can answer that.
